The team behind the European Accident Statement Form
Digitizing EU-standard accident documentation for drivers across 22 countries - securely, legally, and without the paperwork.
Our Mission
EASF digitizes the official European Accident Statement form - used across all EU member states after a car accident. We built this tool to eliminate paper confusion, reduce disputes between drivers, and ensure legally-compliant documentation that any insurer in Europe accepts.
The European Accident Statement (also known as constat amiable in French or Europäischer Unfallbericht in German) is a standardized document required by insurers across the EU. Filling it in correctly at the scene of an accident is critical - errors or missing fields can delay or invalidate an insurance claim. EASF guides both drivers through the process step by step, in their own language, on their own device, in real time.
Available in 33 European languages, EASF serves drivers from Poland to Portugal, from Estonia to Greece. The completed form is generated as a PDF compliant with insurer requirements and delivered instantly to both parties by email - no printing, no scanning, no post.
